Neopets Jubjub Blackjack

Ever wanted to go to a casino, and bet against your Neopet? Well, you can’t do that. But, Jubjub Blackjack is probably the next best thing. While the art is definitely less than impressive, it’s a pretty easy game to learn. The goal of Jubjub Blackjack is to draw cards, and reach 21, or get closer to 21 than your Neopet. If you go over, you bust, which means you are out of the game, and you lose your winnings.

https://neopets-cheats.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/jubjubdealer1.gif

Before beginning your game, you are shown a preview of the back of your Neopet’s cards, and your cards. Below this, you are able to place a bet—up to 400 neopoints—and start your game. (fun fact: If your active Neopet is a Jubjub, you are able to bet an extra 100 neopoints!)

After choosing the amount you’d like to bet, and dealing yourself in, you are given the option to either hit, stick, or double.

If you click hit, you pick up another card. You may keep doing this until you’re comfortable enough to stick, or you bust.

Clicking stick, means you don’t want to pick up any more cards, and are comfortable with the number you are currently at.

And finally, double means you’d like to double your bet, and pick up another card. This can be pretty risky, so it’s recommended that you only do this if you are confident that you won’t bust. I typically do not double unless I get a face card, or a 9. While you may win double, you may also lose double.

Once you end your turn, your Neopet can choose to pick up cards until they are satisfied with their number.

Regarding what each card means, numbers 2-9 are fairly obvious. A 2 is 2, 9 is 9, etc.

On the other hand, Jacks, Kings, and Queens are all worth 10. The Ace, however, can be worth either 11 or 1.

Now, you’re probably wondering, “Alright, already. Tell me how to win the game! I’ve gotta win the neopoints jackpot so I can buy my mom a new house!” WELL, my sweet reader, the answer to that is one simple word: Blackjack. Best way to get a blackjack? Get 21 with only two cards. I know, I know. It sounds impossible. But it’s really not. Unless your Neopet happens to get a blackjack as well (which would make it a draw), you automatically win. There ya go, easiest 20 seconds of your life. And it’s all thanks to our friend, and sponsor, Lady Luck.

If you manage to get 21 with more than two cards, this would not be considered a blackjack. It’s still a pretty impressive feat, but not an automatic win. If neither of the players make it to 21, the person who is closest will win the hand. Remember that it’s a good idea to stick if you’ve reached 17 or over. It’s more likely for you to get a high card than a low card at this point, so your chances of reaching 21 are not worth the risk. However, if you are a super dare-devil who has won the favor of Lady Luck, it could turn out well for you. That’s the beauty of chance. If you win the hand, you will receive double what your bet is after any doubles (Option 3) are added.

Another thing that could happen, is both of the players could get the same number. As mentioned above, this would be a draw. A draw isn’t a bad or a good thing. No one wins, and no one loses. You’ll just go back to your original bet, and try again. Unfortunately, if your Neopet wins the hand, that means you lose/bust. Even though he may be your closest friend, and most trustworthy companion, he will take your neopoints, and you will never see a dime of it. If you play it safe, and are lucky, your Neopet might not rob you blind.

Note: Much to the disappointment of many players, this game does not offer a trophy. The Casino of Neopia does not advocate bragging about gambling, therefore, decided that this would be a bad idea.

That’s all there is to know about Jubjub Blackjack. Just remember that outsmarting your Neopet is very addictive. Oh, and so is gambling, I guess.

Neopets Meepit Juice Break

Are you hungry? Well, then Meepit Juice Break isn’t for you. Meepit Juice Break is found in the land of mass destruction, and chaos. Really all the Meepits want is to be fed. The concept of Meepit Juice Break is easy. Give the Meepits juice. Simple right? Well, no, it gets more complicated than that.

He’s staring into your soul.

Scoring

Meepit Juice Break is scored easily. There are two different modes you can play, which are Zen and Normal.

Zen Mode:

In this mode, there are no timers and as many meepits you’d like to feed, never ending essentially. You earn one point for every meepit fed, regardless of the color. I advise you not to play this mode unless you have seven hours to spare. Maybe seventy hours.

Normal Mode:

+ 1 for each pipe filled with any color juice, which is not the same color as the Meepit being fed.

+ 2 for each pipe filled with any color juice, which is the same color as the Meepit being fed.

If you use all the pipes on the board, you will get a 50-point Super Bonus!

There are several fruit bonuses while playing! They can either award, or dismiss points! You may encounter one of the following:

+25 points+10 points-10 points

Changing the color of the pipes:

This can be useful to learn what color makes which color. Maybe you failed art class? Well, anyways this is very helpful. When mixing two colors, you will generate a new color which can then be feed to the corresponding color of the meepit for more points.

+ =

(Red and Yellow make Orange)

+ =

(Yellow and Blue make Green)

+ =

(Red and Blue make Purple)

+ + =

(Red and Yellow and Blue make Pink) (Whoever made the game must have failed as well.) *shift eyes* Totally Ollie.

Who is Ollie you might ask yourself? Well, he is the programming genius behind this game. If you click on the green meepit on the title screen, you can see for yourself!

Tips

-Feed the Meepit the color juice it wants.

-Use as many pipes as possible.

-Feed more than 1 at once in later levels.

-Don’t let any of them starve, but if you have to, let it happen.

-Typing the phrase “juice-o-matic” will reset all Meepits’ timers. This can only be used once per game.

-Typing the phrase “meepits” will get you an extra life! This can only be used once per game.

Awards

With a little bit of practice, you could be seeing yourself with an avatar, or one of the following trophies! In order to obtain the avatar, you must score 3,500 points.

Neopets Magma Blaster

In the game of Magma Blaster, you play as an Alien Aisha whose mission is to save the land of Tyrannian from being hit with rocks! Rocks, really. Rocks. Well, anyways, your mission in this game is to vaporize those pesky rocks in order to save the day! Magma Blaster can be a very time consuming game until you understand where to aim, how to aim, and when to shoot.

Gameplay

The gameplay for this game is fairly simple, but it does take time to understand. The game is best played with the mouse, and not the touchpad as you do have to move quickly to shoot the flying boulders. You also have to play using the keyboard as well. You begin playing the game with five lives, which is represented by the citizens running below your cannon. If a rock falls close, or on top of one of them, you will lose a life. If it does not fall on a citizen, you will not lose a life. Simple right? Wrong, it’s more complicated than that. While playing, you will encounter six different rock types, all found on a different level. How do you shoot them you ask? Well, that is simple. The lens over the rotating rock circle shows you which rock type you can currently destroy. Press a rocks corresponding number in order to be able to shoot that rock. The following rock types are listed below:

Rock 1 1 Rock 2 2 Rock 3 3 Rock 4 4 Rock 5 5 Rock 6 6

Every rocky you destroy is worth either two, or four points. If the cannon is centered on the middle of the rock, which you will know as the surrounding portion of the rock will turn red, you will receive four points, and if it is green, you will receive two points.

Levels

There are a total of five levels in the game, each containing a bonus level. In order to advance to the next level, you will be required to shoot a certain number of rocks in order to move on to the next level. In order to achieve the bonus level, you are required to shoot a certain number of points to move to the bonus level. The following table below shows the scores required to move on.

Level number:

Rocks needed to advance

Points for bonus round

Level 1

10 rocks

40 points

Level 2

15 rocks

60 points

Level 3

20 rocks

80 points

Level 4

25 rocks

100 points

Level 5

30 rocks

120 points

Bonus Rounds

In order to obtain a trophy, which is all this game is good for, you are required to make it to as many bonus rounds as possible. It is easier to make the beginning ones, and if you do not, restart the game and try those ones again. If you play each bonus round the right way, you can earn about 50-70 points. Try not to focus on hitting them centered as you are only given 15 seconds each bonus round!

Magma Blaster is the best to play in the beginning of the month if you are looking for one of these:

Gold!Silver!Bronze!

Save me, save me from the trophy hunters!

Neopets Sophie’s Stew

Sit down, grab a cup of borovan, and enjoy the bouncing madness in a game of Sophie’s Stew, for nothing. Literally, there is absolutely no point in playing this game due to there being NO avatar unless you are playing to obtain a trophy.

Anyways, enough with my shenanigans. Let’s get down and dirty, literally. You’ll encounter many things during this game, and these will be explained in this guide. Let’s look at the game mechanics before we begin, with points, and scores. When you first being the game, you will be able to move around as an eye; Sophies magical wand. You will use this wand to guide items such as piles of dung, ohhhh fancy, into a bubbling pot which is found on the right side of the screen. The object of this game is to move the foods and items Sophie is throwing to the bubbling pot while using the magical e̶y̶e̶ wand into the pit. There is a catch though, the food is being thrown from Sophie, and each time the magical e̶y̶e̶ wand hits it, it bounces. The object is to move the magical wand to be directly under the food or object. If you move the wand closer to the left, or right side of the object, it may go to the left, or to the right depending on the side you hit. Now you’re probably asking yourself what that darned Meowclops is doing walking around. This does being to be a distraction at some points later in the game, but he is there to help you. Each time you bounce the item to him, and it lands near his facial area, he will eat the item.

Below are the listed items and their point values and effects when the Meowclops eats the item. While eating, there may be a 1-3 second wait before feeding again.
-0 -5 -1 -1 -5 -2 -2 -1 -2 -1 -2 -10 -2 -0 -5

Dung- Meowclops spits item out

Gummy Rat- Meowclops faints

Fruit- Nothing

Octopus Pie- Meowclops changes color to maraquan

Hot Dog- Meowclops Faints

Pepper- Meowclops breaths fire

Tongue Wrap- Meowclops Faints

Blue Grub- Meowclops changes color to snow

Fish Pop- Meowclops changes color to maraquan

Below are the listed items and their point values when the magical wand bounces it into the bubbling pit.

-5 -5 -6 -6 -6 -7 -7 -8 -8 -8 -9 -10 -10 -12 -15
While playing the game you may encounter a little guy flying around at the top. This is a Droolik, a grey winged, haunted woods petpet. He may drop items when you hit him with a food, and sometimes they can be good! These items do not make you lose lives. When first starting the game, you are given five lives, and these are found at the top of your game screen near the score and end game. Anyways, back to the powerups. The powerups are as follows.

http://thedailyneopets.com/uploads/games/sz/sophies-stew1.png
Fancy right? But only two of them are good and useable in the game. Can you figure out which ones? No? Well, the one you want to avoid is the wand size decrease. This makes the game harder to play as you are not able to bounce as many items as once when you get further in the game. With the extra life powerup, you are only allowed a maximum of six lives, so if more of these fall when you encounter this powerup, ignore them. In all honesty, unless you are in need of lives, do not bother with hitting him as you may be backlogged and mess up in the game by dropping something.

There are several Sophie’s Stew cheats, ohhh cheats, and tips for this game you are able to, and should use.

-While playing the game, and it should be early, if you type the word hungrymeowclops, you will be given another life. What is suggested is to type half or more of the word, such as hungry when starting so when you being the harder parts of the game, you are not overwhelmed with typing such a long word.

-Playing with a mouse is much easier than playing with a touchpad, or arrow keys.

-Try to feed the meowclops the spooky donuts if you are in a rush, they are only worth one point less!

-Try to bounce the foods off of the right side of the e̶y̶e̶ wand, I swear it is a wand, to make them go further.

-Play during the beginning of the month in order to obtain trophies. The following are the trophies.

They’re beautiful aren’t they!

Fashion Fever Neopets

fashion fever neopetsFashion Fever is a dress up game, which was the only way you could dress up pets before customization became a feature on Neopets. It is a quick and easy way to earn neopoints (np). All you have to do is simply click “Start Game” and then “End Game” without having to go through the process of actually dressing up a pet. If you actually take the time to make a pet pretty (which can be a lot of fun, even for us older players), then why not go that extra step and send a card with the dressed up pet to a friend for those extra nps!

How to Play

It’s very simple. All you need to do to begin is click on the different categories which will display the different clothing for each pet. When you have chosen the clothing you want to use, just drag and drop it onto the character to dress it up. The pets to chose from are Kougra, Acara, and Lupe, which you can cycle between using the “Change Character” button on the left (This is explained a little more further down). To cycle between different scenes, simply click anywhere on the screen behind the character you are dressing up, and it will cycle you through the variety of background scenes you can choose from.

Randomizing your character

https://neopets-cheats.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/c-805.pngIf you love a gamble, or just want to see the fun outcomes the “Randomize Character” button gives, try it. You won’t be disappointed! Every time you click “Randomize Character”, a different character will appear. This is also the only way to get the white, dark brown, or light blond hair color options. If you are wanting any of those hair colors, just keep clicking “Randomize Character” until the hair color of your choice appears. Then all you need to is dress them how you want.

By clicking the “Randomize Character” button, you also are able to get a pink lupe, even though pink is not a color you get to choose from the start. Remember though, pink is not a clickable color. By clicking the “Change Character” button, that will update the color selection, and you will be able to choose pink as a color.

Now you are ready to play. Get dressing and have fun!
