You do not have a lot of time, so you will have to finish the game in the minimum amount.
Your goal will be to make sure that all the statues you will find there will fall to the bottom of the screen for you to “grab”. From there you will be given a total of 25 points for each one that has dropped down the screen. However, the game is not that easy, so you will have to make sure you know what you’re doing before you come and assume it is actually easy to do so.
During Neopets The Great Qasalan Caper, you will be able to move the Meerca brothers by chosing whether it is in one way, or by two ways. Remember, at first, that you will have to hover your mouse on the one that you will want to control. You will then have to proceed by clicking on the said Meerca in order to move the rows that contain mostly crates. Alternatively, you can decide to use the left arrow key or the right arrow key to shift crates with the brothers. You will then be able to move the in the upper direction, or in the lower one. The first one is the crate. This is what the game will mostly contain. Many of these can be found in the game and you will have to move them so that you can get the golden statues. Make sure that you do not move them randomly, but instead move them logically so that you can create a hole with them, thus being able to drop the golden status to the lower level, or even to the bottom of the screen.
The second thing you will find in the game is the grey block. These blocks are stones and are indestructible. You will only be able to move these, but they won’t ever break. They are an obstacle that can be found on the game and are not something you will want. The less there is, the better. However, you will not be able to do anything to raise or reduce them (even if there is no reason to actually want more of these rocks).
Levers can also be found on the game, and these will randomly start shifting for you. They are totally random. However, they should not be avoided. After that comes the Lyins, which are small golden fishes that will appear on the outside of the crates. They will be eating the statues that will be dropping on them. If that happens, you will be also losing a total of 10 points. You will, however, be able to get back the statues at the top of the row back again. Make sure to watch out for these as they will sometimes be in an unoccupied space that is located between the crates. These are probably the most bothering obstacles of the game, and they should be avoided at any cost, meaning that you should try to not throw statues on them. Not even you will have a hard time dropping down the statues to the bottom of the screen, along with the limited amount of time you will have, but these Lyins will also come to give you a harder time. These are mainly why people lose the game.
There are also Gebs that can be found on Neopets The Great Qasalan Caper and it will crash anything that is below it when a statues comes on it. Fortunately, this is a good thing even if the game is based mostly on unfortunate objects, because this one will faster the things for you. Let’s say this is located at the top of the screen, and you have a statue there, then you will be able to drop it on the Geb so that it falls down directly to the bottom of the map, thus reducing the total amount of statues you will have to bring back in order to finish the current job.
There are loots in the game, which are coins that can be grabbed for a total of 10 points. You will be able to grab them but it is not necessary to finish the game. Lyins, unlike statues, will not be able to eat them and the Gebs will not be able to bring them to the end. The Green Gem is a little rare, but it is worth to grab them all whenever you find them, because they will give you a total of 50 points. That said, it means that they will give you points like statues x 2. Again, this is perfect if you’re going after a super high score or after a trophy just like the loot, because it will make a big difference between X place and Y place.
A timer bonus can be found in the game of Neopets The Great Qasalan Caper, and it is the hourglass. If you manage to bring it to the bottom of the screen, you will be given extra time of ten seconds on the clock. This will give you the opportunity to have a time bonus for each level depending on the amount of time that is left on the current clock. This hourglass is considered as fundamental simply because the item in Neopets The Great Qasalan Caper is so limited that you will actually need more time, unless you’re fast like the thunder, but again, time is very limited. You will want to grab more time, so if you find an hourglass, then is no reason to not go for it, also because time will reward you with bonus points at the end of the current level.
Lastly, the golden statue is, obviously, what is the main objective of the game to finish a level and earn points. You will have to bring them down at the bottom of the screen so that you earn 25 points and you make a step further upon completing the current level. Drop them on gems to make it faster for them to run down, thus reducing the amount of time you would have taken for X amount of statues.

If you’re playing for few points in order to receive Neopoints, try to use all the time that you will have on-hand to think and boost up your score by snagging the coins you will find there, and the gems. On the later levels, when you will be scrambling the crates you will notice that these gems and loots will be of a great value, because of the boosted score they will be able to provide.
If you have a lot of statues, which is considered more than ten, then simply move them in a way so that they are distributed in a perfect way. That means, since there will be a lot of time, you will want to set up your own strategy depending on the way they are, and from there you will have to try and drop them down in a way that will make almost all of them fall to the bottom of the screen. If you aim at each statues individually, you will then run out of time and you will not be able to complete the current level. This is why it is recommended to set up a strategy for all of the statues at once, or most of them, instead.
You will be able to encounter Ollie which is the Phantom Orange Shirt Guy that will sometimes pop up on the game occasionally. If possible, try to drop a statue on him because he will make sure that all of the Lyins, the fishes that will be eating your statues, disappear, thus giving you an easier time finishing off the level.
The level is useless unless you’re trapped, because if you have set up a solid strategy and you’re currently going on it so that it shuffles the crates, you will notice that it may alter the current strategy because the crates will then take a different order set. Instead, use it only if you don’t know how to proceed, and from there the level will be of a great help. It will make sure to give you a slight chance of turning this to your advantage. From there you will then be able to continue playing and enjoying the rest of the game, because the level would have made everything easier for you.
Type caperiffic to receive an additional time of 20 total seconds added to your total remaining time. It is recommended, since you can only use this cheat once per game, to use it in the later level because they will usually be more difficult than the previous ones and you will need more time to finish them.
If you’re going after a super high score or after a trophy, keep training by playing a lot of games and you will notice that with time, you will earn different tactics and it will take you less amount of time to setup your own strategy for the level you’re currently in. From there you will be able to finish them more quickly and receive additional points, because the remaining time of the game will count towards your total score. You do want to get the maximum amount of points possible to make it where you want it to be. If you’re good at the game, but not enough to receive the golden trophy, it is recommended that you try your best at the beginning of the month because you will then be given a chance to be on one of the first spots, because less people would have had the time to play then.
