The Neopets ‘Meerouladen’ avatar is not currently obtainable, but usually can be awarded by beating the Meerca Henchmen in the Battledome, and then visiting the Defenders of Neopia HQ. You can only obtain either the Meerouladen, or Heermeedjet avatar, but not both. The Defenders of Neopia is currently unavailable.
