To add the Neopets ‘Buzzin’ avatar to your collection, you must successfully complete a Fountain Faerie Quest (or sometimes Grey Faerie Quests), and gain access to the Rainbow Fountain in order to change the colour of your own Buzz. It only works with Buzz. Click here to visit the Rainbow Fountain.
